What data do we collect?

• phone number;
• content of your message (description of the problem or project).

Why?

This data is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out the service. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract, and the legitimate interest in answering requests received.

How long?

Exchanges with no follow-up are kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact. Documents related to a service (quotes, invoices) are kept for the applicable legal period.

Who is it shared with?

Your data is neither sold nor transferred. It is processed by the publisher and by its host (OVH) and, where applicable, by the messaging services you use to write to us (e-mail, WhatsApp).

Google reviews

The website may display the company’s Google reviews through a third-party module (Trustindex). This module may load resources from these third-party services.

Your rights
