From breakdown to repaired PC, in 5 steps
- 1. You describe the problem by phone, WhatsApp or with the online pre-diagnosis. I reply within 30 minutes.
- 2. Diagnosis: I open the machine, test it and look for the real cause before replacing any part.
- 3. Free quote: I explain the problem simply, with the price and the lead time. I only start with your agreement.
- 4. Repair with quality hardware: Kryonaut thermal paste, Gelid pads, top-brand parts.
- 5. Test and handover: I test the device, explain what was done, and stay available if needed.

- No part replaced “at random”: diagnosis first

- Your data respected and preserved as much as possible
